Micro Deposits
What are Micro Deposits and why do I need to verify them?
Micro deposits are small deposits (less than one dollar) that BlvdHome will send to your bank account when you request to link that bank account to your BlvdHome Finance Account. Two deposits are made. By providing us the exact amounts, we can verify your ownership of that bank account. Once verified, you will have the ability to make payments with that bank account.
This process generally takes 1 to 2 business days to complete. The two different micro deposit amounts will range from 1¢ to 99¢. Within a few days these micro deposits will be taken out of your account.
How do I verify the Micro Deposits?
After your payment is made, you will receive an email from BlvdHome Financing. This email will detail what to expect and how to verify the two micro deposits. Once you have received the two micro deposits, click the link in the email. You will enter your bank account number to verify and the two amounts that were deposited in your bank account.
Will I have to do Micro Deposits every time I make an ACH payment?
If you are using the same bank account you won’t have to do micro deposits again. However, if you are you using a new bank account you will have to verify your new bank account with the micro deposits process.
Payments
I show there is a convenience fee when I enter a credit card, is there any way not to be charged?
Yes, if you pay with a bank account there will be no fee. This payment is called an ACH payment.
I don’t want to put in my personal information on your website, do I have to in order to pay online?
Yes, when paying with a credit card or a checking account, we will ask for billing information.
We have taken great care in securing your personal information by following stringent level of certification of industry standards available. Security is one of the biggest considerations in everything we do. If you have any questions after reading this, or encounter any issues, please let us know.
How long does it take for my payment to go through my bank account?
ACH payments take up to 5 business days to receive acknowledgment of their success or failure.
I made a payment and it still hasn’t cleared my bank. Why not?

Can I set up my account to do automatic payments?
We currently do not have that option available.
Why do i have to enter my bank account number every time I make a payment. Isn’t that information stored?
We do not store any payment on our site, we use Stripe as a payment processor who stores that information securely.
I made a payment. Why didn’t it get applied to my BlvdHome account?
It may not have gone through, or it could be waiting for verification. Try to make your payment as early as possible so you can verify the payment goes through with enough time.
Do I have to set up an account to make an online payment?
Yes.
Can I make a payment and have it go to 2 different BlvdHome accounts?
As long as you specify which BlvdHome Account you wish to make the payment to on Step 1, yes!
Where do I find my account number?
Your BlvdHome account number can be found on your statement we sent you.
Passwords
My email address and password aren’t working. What do I do?
If you have not created an account with us as of September 1st, 2019 you will need to register for a new account. This is our updated system. Your old login and passwords will not work.
