Please Note: Sales Tax – Utah is point of sale. Nevada and Arizona are point of delivery. If an invoice is written in Utah and delivered in Utah then the sales tax is the point of sale location. If the invoice is written in Utah and delivered to Nevada or Arizona then the sales tax rate is the delivery location.
